*Deposits*

Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE & NONTRANSFERABLE, there will be a 4% service charge with all deposits . There is no switching to a different puppy after you have chose. Once you have chose a puppy and back out you have forfeited your deposit.  If you have not chose a puppy within 6 months you have forfeited your deposit. This is due to us holding puppy’s and having buyers back out when it is time for the puppy’s to go to their new home. Those with deposits in will get first choice on new litters. You will choose when we post their first pictures which is usually @ between 2 & 3 weeks old. First deposit gets first choice and so on. We reserve 1st pick on all litters for ourselves in the case we choose to keep one.

(Pick-ups)

(ALL PUPPIES ARE TO BE PICKED UP AT OUR HOME, FOR SAFETY REASONS FOR US, OUR ANIMALS, & BUYERS WE DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE AROUND ANY OF OUR ANIMALS. PLEASE STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE & CALL WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND WE WILL BRING YOUR PUPPY OUT TO YOU) All puppies are to be picked up on the dates we choose. Any puppy not picked up on the allowed pick-up days will be charged $15 per day after the allowed pick-up days. If you are not picking up in the allowed pick-up days your puppy must be paid in full by the allowed pick-up days.  Any injury incurred after the allowed pick-up days is the buyers responsibility. When we schedule pick up times, please do your best to be on time, we allow so much time per family to insure we can go over everything without interruptions.

Pictures will be done @ between 2 / 3 weeks, 5 weeks & 7 weeks. While we do understand everyone loves new pictures, the care and Socialization of our puppy’s and adults is our first priorty. Pictures will be uploaded here when done. Please be Patient during this process
